We, the East Tennessee students at Tennessee State University, in order to provide an official and representative student organization to recruit and retain alumni of Tennessee State University within the National Alumni Association, promote and establish student pride, build lasting and meaningful long-term relationships between students, faculty, staff, and alumni. Develop professional, career, and graduate connections, and foster a voice on campus, herby, adopt and establish these constitution/by-laws for the Tennessee State University National Alumni Association | East Tennessee Chapter Pre-Alumni Club.
