Criteria: The East Tennessee Chapter of the Tennessee State University National Alumni Association is pleased to provide financial support to students attending Tennessee State University. The TSUNAA|ETC  scholarships are available to students living in the chapter's geographic area. This scholarship is  sponsored by the Morristown, Tennessee members within the TSUNAA|ETC (Clara Cunningham Osborne, Samuel Richardson & Dr. Bill Jon Wells). A minimum $250.00 scholarship(s) will be awarded to a returning Tennessee State University full-time student(s) who are entering their second year of study and beyond. It should be noted that preference will be given to student(s) who participate in the TSUNAA | East Tennessee Chapter recruitment events, are originally from Morristown, TN, and or contributed to a culture of excellence. This award will ONLY be presented to a selected student(s) at the annual Big Blue Send-off in August.
