Criteria: A minimum $250.00 book scholarship(s) will be awarded to an incoming Tennessee State University full-time student(s) who are entering their first year of study. It should be noted that preference will be given to student(s) who participate in the TSUNAA | East Tennessee Chapter recruitment events and or contributed to a culture of excellence. This award will ONLY be presented to a selected student(s) at the annual Big Blue Send-off in August.
