Big Blue Freshman Send-Off Party 2016
Greetings Future Tigers, Parents, Supporters & Alumni,
On behalf of the Tennessee State University and Tennessee State University National Alumni Association, we would like to formally invite you, the incoming fall 2016 freshmen class, to our Big Blue Freshman Send-Off Party which will be held on August 6th, 2016 on the rooftop of Oodles Uncorked Restaurant located at 18 Market Square in Knoxville, Tennessee 37902. Signing Day promises to be a festive day and an opportunity for you to engage with the university and local alumni to sign your certificate of intent, gain more university /campus life details and network with others.

Everyone is invited to apply for the Tennessee State University National Alumni Association East Tennessee Chapter Scholarship by August 1st, 2016 to win the grand prize, an alumni scholarship valued at $1,000.00, two (2) students will be selected, one from Greater Metropolitan Knoxville and one from Blount County. That's right 2 grand prize winners. All we ask is that you upload a completed application with final HS transcript.
Criteria: State of Tennessee Resident; for first time freshman and must reside in one of the following counties: Anderson, Blount, Claiborne, Cocke, Grainger, Greene, Hamblen, Hawkins, Jefferson, Knox, Loudon, Roane, Sevier, Sullivan & Washington.
Other requirements: A 3.0 un-weighted grade point average, A completed East TN alumni scholarship application & an official transcript with ACT or SAT scores
