Recruiting students fresh off the Vine at their Third Annual College and Career Fair

Dear Community Friends,

Vine Middle Magnet School and our community partners are excited to be hosting our Third Annual College and Career Fair. We would love for you to join our effort in sharing various career opportunities with our students and helping them increase awareness of their future possibilities when they join the world of work. “It is Never Too Early”… for the students to begin making the connection on planning for their future. Our fair’s focus is to heighten student awareness of the various careers, colleges, technical, and other programs/services available to them as they begin to plan their future.

The college and career event will take place on Friday, October 28, 2016 at Vine Middle Magnet Gymnasium. We will start at 8:00 a.m. and end at 11:30 a.m. We will end the event with a special lunch for our exhibitors and staff at 11:30. Each grade level (6 through 8), will rotate through the fair and will be expected to interact with exhibitors. Students will have a passport to assist them in asking appropriate questions, so they can get the most out of this experience. Table and chairs will be provided for the fair.

The East Tennessee Chapter of the Tennessee State University National Alumni Association will be there to educate the students about why Excellence is a Habit at TSU.
